If you are interested in opening up an Interior Design account with Chilewich, please follow the below steps.

1) Go to www.chilewich.com/interior_design/apply and submit the required information.

2) Once you do that, fill out the attached credit card authorization form and email that and your re-sale certificate to interiordesign@chilewich.com. If you would prefer to fax it, you can do so as well. Please send it to 212-679-9205 and put it to attention of Chilewich Interior Design.

3) Please note that you must apply for an account and submit all required forms in order to be approved to purchase off our website.
