The following are available for customization: Bamboo, Basketweave, Mini Basketweave, Bouclé, Engineered Squares, Grid, Kono, Lattice, Lounge, Matte Weave, Rib Weave, Spun, Tuxedo Stripe. The following are available in 14 x 19.25in (36 x 49 cm) and 12x16in (30 x 41 cm) oval shapes: Bamboo, Basketweave, Mini Basketweave, Kono, Rib Weave. *Additional sizes and weaves NOT available in ovals. Please make sure you have the following information available before requesting a quotation from your sales rep: Size, Weave and Color, Quantity. Prices are valid for four weeks from date of quote and are based solely on the quantity listed in the quotation. The standard lead-time for custom tablemats is two to four weeks within the U.S. Exceptions may apply internationally. Minimum order quantities (per weave/color): Custom Placemats Minimum Order 48 pieces Custom Coasters Minimum Order 100 pieces Custom Runners/Table covers Minimum Order 12 pieces Menu Covers Minimum Order 25 pieces per size/color PERTAINING TO CUSTOM TRAY LINERS U.S. ACCOUNTS PLEASE NOTE: We ask that you provide us with an example of your tray upon sending in your order. This will insure accuracy in the production of your custom liners. The tray will be returned to you with your order. Please ship the tray to the attention of Hospitality Department at Chilewich, 44 East 32nd Street, New York, NY 10016. INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS PLEASE NOTE: Please specify that item ordered is intended as tray liner and provide exact interior tray dimensions of tray. Our tolerances allow +/-3/8in (1cm) in each direction for custom mats and +/- 1/4in (7mm) for custom coaster. Special sizes are hand cut and sealed so they cannot be exact. PRODUCTION LIMITATIONS FOR CUSTOM PLACEMATS AND TABLE COVERS BASKETWEAVE, BAMBOO, MINI BASKETWEAVE, RIB WEAVE, BOUCLÉ, KONO, LOUNGE. Maximum size for rectangular table covers is 70 x 320in (178 x 813cm). Maximum diameter for round table covers is 60in (152cm), except Basketweave, which is 70in diameter (178cm). Exceptions may apply. Minimum size for rounds is 4in (10cm). SPUN TUXEDO STRIPE GRID, LATTICE, MATTE WEAVE PLEASE NOTE: All custom orders are final sale. U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES The products listed in the 2011–2012 collection will be available for 1 year starting May 2012 (exceptions apply for new items). Any changes will be announced and available through your sales representative no later than March 2013 (change effective May 2013 with new catalog release).
